About GreyOrange Butler

The GreyOrange Butler is an advanced autonomous mobile robot that uses robotic goods-to-person technology for automated put-away, inventory storage, replenishment and order picking in fulfillment and distribution centers.

This goods-to-man automation system with robots in warehouse, adapts seamlessly to changing inventory profiles, demand patterns and peaks. Modular system architecture ensures bi-directional scalability to increase storage volume or fulfillment throughput independently, by adding more storage racks or robots, as needed.

Smart Charging station
    • Intelligent charging algorithm that enables opportunity charging. During non-peak periods, the system takes the opportunity to send the robots with the lowest battery levels to get charged.

    • A full charge of 30 minutes ensures up to 8 hours of operations, while a quick charge of 5 minutes ensures 5 hours of operations.

Multi-Level Operations

The Butler robotic goods-to-person system is built for future expansions. If the business expands the Butler system allows warehouses to grow vertically with multilevel elevated storage space. With its design, the Butler can move within different floors and fulfill the order requirements by picking MSUs from any floor and bringing them to the PPS.
