Solutions Specialists

Responsibilities:

  • Propose solutions to the client which may include:
  1. Layout
  2. Process flow/ Program mapping
  3. Change in existing process
  4. Feature / software development
  • Manage client account (operationally) once the lead is generated by Sales team and take full responsibility till the system is installed and handed over to the maintenance team
  • Prepare and execute projects plans
  • Coordinate with multiple tech teams; bridge between the client and tech support & development

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead multiple teams
  • Demonstrate skill to design plans and execute
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be good at MS Excel and analytical aptitude
  • Ability to stay calm and perform well under pressure
  • AutoCAD and relevant industry experience (preferred)
