Salesforce Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements for workforce productivity, data gathering, analysis and reporting to technical needs
  • Provide advanced administration of key internal tools including process ownership, reporting and dashboards, license management and user account maintenance
  • Develop tools, reporting and dashboards to support workforce management and control desk functions
  • Develop reporting using business intelligence software (including Tableau), Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic and VBA
  • Develop tools using Java and VBA to automate routine tasks and provide decision-assist to technical specialists
  • Undertake database maintenance, standardization and data quality
  • Coordinate timeline and activities for multiple projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree/discipline
  • 3+ years of progressive experience building technical solutions to support business processes
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce.com/Service Cloud or equivalent CRM solution
  • Salesforce service cloud certification CRT261
  • Experience in a business intelligence, big data, or data reporting role
  • Experience in software development in a professional environment
  • Working knowledge of data-loading/ETL technologies including APEX
  • Demonstrate mastery of Microsoft Office including Excel, Microsoft SQL Server
