Front Desk Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries ensuring good customer experience
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
  • Maintains telecommunication system for internal and external coordination
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers

Requirements:

  • Dip. in Hotel Management or equivalent or graduate with relevant experience of more than 2 years
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Very good communication skills and pleasing personality
  • EPABX handling; call management
  • Visitor Management; Meetings Management
  • Should have handled similar profile for an established corporate with an employee strength of more than 200 and good visitor footfall
