Sr. Executive-HR Operations

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the organization and work in liaison with various fronts. S/he would have a very crucial role to play, the details of which are provided herewith.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a part of the People Operations team to carry out HR Operations activities
  • To ensure seamless HR operations with ultimate aim of creating a wow factor for all internal customers during their every interaction with HR
  • Leverage technology to simplify the workflows and with focus on automation
  • Take ownership of HR data and analyse the same to derive meaningful insights which will drive decision-making
  • Generate all kinds of reports required by various stakeholders and send them as per timelines
  • Ensure all documentation is done / issued as per timeline & on ad hoc basis & also ensure that proper file management system is maintained
  • Execute transition changes, transfers and other letters required by employees
  • Identify and drive areas of process improvement to increase efficiency and employee experience by changes and enhancements in HR processes, HR Data Integrity and Knowledge Management
  • Implementation of HR Policies / Processes which is aligned to meet the Business/Function objectives
  • Be a driving force in implementing HRMS software for the organisation
  • Assess, develop, implement and evaluate ways of increasing efficiency across HR processes
  • Support the team in implementing function HR plans and programs (performance management)
  • Manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the Ops coverage team
  • Support the "year-end" process (Performance Evaluation, Compensation, Promotion)
  • Participate in special projects as required
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Post graduate in Human Resources function
  • 3-6 years of work experience in HR Operations/generalist function
  • Computer Literacy: Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.) is preferred and ability to analyse trends from data
  • The ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization
  • Experience in preparing weekly/monthly quarterly and yearly dashboards and presentations
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a team environment
